Our commitment to ensuring money is lent responsibly includes providing clear and easy to understand information about the personal loans our lenders provide, how the service works and what is required from the borrower.
We encourage borrowers to only apply for loans they can afford to repay. We make clear that late or missed payments can incur penalty fees and interest which will be added to the overall loan amount owed. Interest will continue to accumulate on the whole loan amount at the same rate of the APR that is agreed with the lender. For this reason, we strongly encourage anyone who is looking at taking out a loan to make sure that they are comfortable that they will be able to make timely repayments, so as to make sure they do not incur additional debt. If they do not feel they can do this, we would recommend that this may not be the solution for them. If this is the case, it may be worth checking the Government pages on Debt Management.
Through our customer services team we provide UK based support and help with our application and the lenders' repayment procedures.
